Returns

All of our products are built per the customers spec; therefore, there are no returns. Terms of Sale are F.O.B. Crystal Lake Millworks, meaning Crystal Lake Millworks maintains responsibility for the product only until it is received by the carrier.  Any errors found on your products that appear to be the manfacuters fault, should be reported to us within 45 days of receiving the order.  If errors are not reported within the 45 days, we reserve the right to charge the cost to replace the products.

Inspect your shipment immediately and indicate visible damage on your freight bill and with the driver, if possible.  In case of damage, notify us immediately and we will start the claim process.  You are required to hold the packaging materials and damaged products for 5 business days for possible carrier inspection.

 

Order Acknowledgment

If an order is placed through our website, that is considered your order confirmation. If an order is placed by phone, fax or e-mail we will fax or e-mail you a confirmation listing all the parts, location of hinges, etc. which will need to be signed by you the customer and returned via fax, e-mail or mail. To confirm by e-mail, reply with ''APPROVED'' with your name below it. We will not process orders or charge customers until an order confirmation is received.
